All orders that are Pre-made will ship same or next day (with in 1-2 weeks)

Pre orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to ship depending on production speed 

• We are not responsible if there is an issue with the shipping carrier. 
• If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
• In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
• Please note that any refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee. The shipping fee, which ranges between $6 and $8, is non-refundable.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent
• DO NOT use the washer for clothing with rhinestones. take to the dry cleaners to ensure the longevity of your piece
• Hang or lay flat to dry for best results
• Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments.
